Apple iOS 7

iOS 7 is an operating system from Apple for mobile devices of the type iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch of the same manufacturer. iOS7 was introduced in June 2013. The user interface received a new color palette, typography and new functional layers, and thus differs significantly from the previous version iOS 6. According to the manufacturer, iOS 7 has about 200 new features

The new features include a Control Center, the Message Center, improved multitasking, AirDrop and the iTunes Radio web radio service. Elements that are frequently needed are collected centrally in the Control Center. Passwords and credit cards can be stored with iCloud Keychain, which makes navigating on protected pages or with auto-completion faster.

The camera app of iOS 7 allows video and photo recording, it has effect filters and an option for square shots. Siri voice technology is more closely linked to Twitter, Wikipedia and the Chinese microblogging platform Tencent Weibo, and searches the web using Microsoft's Bing search engine.

iTunes Radio is Internet radio over the Web, broadcasting more than 200 radio stations and all music tracks from the iTunes Store when it was released in June 2013. Since iTunes Radio stores and classifies the music tracks listened to by the user, the service compiles an individual program after some time.

For the smartphone market in China, iOS7 offers a bidirectional dictionary for Chinese and English and recognizes Chinese characters entered in handwriting. The integration of the iPhone into vehicles has also been improved, with iOS7 making multimedia files and current traffic information from the web available while driving.
