quad flat J-lead (chip design) (QFJ)
The QFJ (Quad Flat J-Lead) package is square like the Quad Flat Package( QFP) and, like the SOJ, has downward-curved connections.
The connectors are on all four sides of the chip and are spaced 1/20 inch(1.27 mm) apart. QFJ packages are available with 18, 20, 22, 28, 32, 44, 68 and 84 connections. The device is also known as Plastic Leaded Chip Carrier( PLCC).
