Junk orders are deliberately misleading online orders.

Junk orders are orders in online shops that are consciously or unconsciously entered with incorrect address data( name or address) or payment data (bank information or credit card). Sometimes also with correct data of other persons who do not wish to place an order at all. These types of orders cause enormous effort due to clarifications, returns, etc. and ultimately do not lead to real sales. E-commerce companies are confronted with a growing number of "fun" orderers. The companies try to counteract junk orders with blacklists or plausibility checks.
