TCP and UDP over lightweight IP (TULIP)

TCP and UDP over Lightweight IP (TULIP) is a protocol discussed in RFC 1932 from 1996 that can be used to transmit TCP and UDP applications over ATM.

In the lightweight version, the IP header is omitted. Instead, the ATM Adaption Layer( AAL 5) is used after the connection is established.
