PC5300

PC2-5300 is a DIMM module that consists of memory components of the type DDR2-667. The relative clock frequency of 667 MHz is due to the DDR technology, in which the clock rate is utilized by the Front Side Bus ( FSB) in the rising and falling clock edge. The resulting data transfer rate is 5.336 GB/s with a 64-bit bus, which is why the memory block is called PC2-5300.
