PC133 synchronous dynamic RAM (PC133 SDRAM)

The PC133 Synchronous Dynamic RAMs(SDRAM) was developed for motherboards with Front Side Bus( FSB) with 133 MHz clock rate.

However, the SDRAM can also be used in FSB motherboards with 100 MHz without exceeding the performance of the PC100. The PC133 SDRAM has an operating voltage of 3.3 V, a bus width of 64 bits and is backward compatible with the PC100 SDRAM.
