Social Business for Communication and Collaboration (SB4CC) is a combination of Social Business and Unified Communication and Collaboration(UCC).

SB4CC uses social networks and social media to help companies increase their efficiency or improve their production. The information exchanged via SB4CC often involves proposing solutions for the use of processes and techniques. Blogs are included as well as newsgroups and forums. Social networks include the company's own Enterprise Social Networks( ESN).
