RG-188 cable
The RG-188 coaxial cable is a thin high frequency cable with an outer diameter of 2.8 mm.
The inner conductor with a diameter of 0.48 mm is a stranded wire, executed with 7 x 0.16 mm stranded wires. The dielectric and the outer sheath are made of PTFE, the shielding is a braided shield. The MCX connector, MC card connector and MMCX connector can be connected to the thin RG-188 cable.
The RG-188 cable has an impedance of 50 ohms, the attenuation values are 12 dB/100 m at 10 MHz, 28 dB/100 m at 100 MHz, 66 dB/100 m at 400 MHz and about 150 dB/100 m at 2 GHz. The RG-188 cable is standardized according to MIL-C-17G.
