PC150 synchronous dynamic RAM (PC150 SDRAM)

As memory becomes a bottleneck in modern computers due to increasing data traffic, a memory bus with a clock speed of 150 MHz is important for improving the performance of memory-intensive applications. The memory bus contains an Electrically Erasable PROM ( EEPROM) for Serial Presence Detect ( SPD), it has a clock speed of 150 MHz, an access time of 7.5 ns and a resulting bandwidth of 1.28 GB/s. The DIMM module with 168 contacts is supplied with 3.3 V.
