PC as a service (HaaS) (PCaaS)

PC as a Service (PCaaS) is a Product Lifecycle Management( PLM) service that accompanies products throughout their entire lifecycle: from development to disposal. The management services of PCaaS are rented from a service provider.

PC lifecycle management accompanies the product from provisioning, through service, updates, to end of life( EOL). The customer is provided with the device for a monthly fee. This cost is included in the customer's cost of ownership. PCaaS is not limited to personal computers, but includes mobile devices and all network components. Likewise, the service includes configuration services, helpdesk support, data backup and data recovery.
