NextHome is an American concept for a connected, energy-efficient, DC-powered home.

NextHome is a smart home with Internet of Things( IoT) and energy management. The latter involves energy generation with photovoltaic systems, energy storage with home storage and electric vehicle batteries, energy supply with DC voltage and DC voltage networks, energy consumers that are increasingly used in the form of DC voltage household appliances, LED lights and DC voltage systems for heating and cooling.
