NGN global standardization initiative (NGN-SGI)

The concepts for Next Generation Networks (NGN) developed by the Focus Group on Next Generation Networks ( FGNGN) are further developed by the NGN-SGI for the provision of NGN services. This will enable service providers to offer the comprehensive range of services expected in NGNs. Together with other working groups, the NGN-SGI is developing various approaches for a worldwide NGN architecture.
