Profibus-PA (Profibus process automation )
Profibus-AP (Profibus Process Automation) ist eine anwendungsorientierte Variante des Profibus. Das Anwendungsprofil basiert auf dem Profibus-DP und ist unabhängig vom physikalischen Profil. Profibus-PA überträgt die Daten mit Fehlerkorrekturverfahren erfüllt die Anforderungen an eine unterbrechungsfreie Produktion.
