secondary data

Secondary data are data that have already been used, that come from third party sources and have been used for statistical analysis or otherwise. Secondary data is data collected for a specific purpose that can be biased by individual influence. They are less expensive than primary data and are used by diverse companies. Secondary data is not as goal-oriented as primary data because it does not accurately reflect company goals.
