resource representation header block (RRSHB)
When Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) receives embedded binary content, Resource Representation Header Block (RRSHB), a mechanism in the SOAP header, enables Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) to allow the receiver to access that content over the Web. The receiver only receives a hint in the form of a Uniform Resource Identifier ( URI) where to fetch the binary content. If the recipient does not have access to the corresponding address, then these can be inserted into the SOAP header with RRSHB.
