resource representation header block (RRSHB)

When Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) receives embedded binary content, Resource Representation Header Block (RRSHB), a mechanism in the SOAP header, enables Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) to allow the receiver to access that content over the Web. The receiver only receives a hint in the form of a Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) where to fetch the binary content. If the recipient does not have access to the corresponding address, then these can be inserted into the SOAP header with RRSHB.
