Interchange of Data Between Administrations (IDA) is used to exchange data between public administrations. It is a country-linking system of the European Union.

Interchange of Data Between Administrations originated from a development program of the European Union, which promoted data exchange between administrations of the member states. The project was divided into different phases IDA I and IDA II, which were adapted to the current needs.
