infrared communication (IRC)
Infrared Communication (IRC) is a concept in which data is transmitted in the near- infrared range with modulated wavelengths between 750 nm and 1,500 nm.
IR communication is a technique used in Light Fidelity( LiFi). In the IRC concept, light emitting diodes or laser diodes are used as transmitting devices. Transmission can take place directly via line-of-sight( LoS) links or also via non-line-of-sight (NLoS) links by reflection from ceilings or walls.
