High-Voltage Integrated Circuits (HVIC) are monolithic high- voltage ICs for voltages above 500 V.

These integrated circuits are used in motor control, driver circuits, switching power supplies, protection circuits, overvoltage technology, and audio and ultrasound technology in industrial applications and medicine. They are manufactured in various SO packages and can switch drive currents of several amperes.
