ROLAND

The ROLAND project (realization of open communications systems based on recognized European standards and the implementation of harmonized test procedures) supports manufacturers in the introduction of new OSI-compliant products. Deutsche Telekom's Protocol Advisory Service, with an extensive range of seminars, is housed at the Telecommunications Office in Bad Kreuznach. The standards conformance test service ( CTS) is carried out by the European test laboratory Eurolab in Wiesbaden. After a successful test, a certificate of conformity is issued that is recognized by the EU member states.
