PC266 synchronous dynamic RAM (PC266 SDRAM)

The PC266 is a Double Date Rate Synchronous DRAM ( DDR-SDRAM) as a Dual Inline Memory Module ( DIMM) with a clock rate of 266 MHz. The PC266 has a bus with a width of 64 bits and a data rate of 2.1 GB/s at 266 MHz, which is why it is also referred to as PC2100.
