Internet protocol performance metric (IPPM)

Internet ProtocolPerformanceMetric (IPPM) are proposed procedures from an IEFT working group to evaluate the quality, reliability, and performance behavior of services that use the Internet for transmission. Proposals already made and published as RFCs include packet loss ratemeasurement and Round Trip Delay ( RTD).
