EutelTRACS

The Euteltracs system is comparable to Inmarsat-C and enables the transmission of text messages and general data.

Euteltracs operates with a geostationary satellite exclusively in the European range. The transmission between the satellite and the receiving station takes place in the frequency range from 12 GHz to 14 GHz. When the mobile station moves, the receiving antenna, which must have a directional pattern, must be realigned with the satellite.
