ultra short wave
Ultra short wave ( VHF) is the frequency range that connects above short wave, i.e. from 30 MHz.
The frequency range of VHF broadcasting corresponds to the VHF band and covers the frequency decade from 30 MHz to 300 MHz. The wavelengths are between 10 m and 1 m. VHF waves propagate linearly in the visible range. VHF broadcasting and the lower channels of television are transmitted in this frequency range.
