trusted third party (TTP)

The Trusted Third Party (TTP) is a trusted entity that is trusted by third parties, thus all participants of a security infrastructure ( PKI). These can be banks or companies, public authorities and institutions that are trusted by the participants and persons or institutions in a business relationship with the services provided. TTPs can be licensed in accordance with the Signature Act (SigG) and publish this accordingly.
