subscriber network operator

A subscriber network operator refers to an operator of a telecommunications network. The guidelines for a TNB are set by the RegTP, now the Federal Network Agency. Such a subscriber network must have subscriber lines and is assigned a uniform operator ID which is used for traffic routing.
