status indication normal (SS7) (SIN)

Status Indication Normal (SIN) is a status indication that is displayed with the status field( SF) of the Link Status Signal Unit( LSSU) in the SS7 signaling. This status information is displayed when there is more than one Signalling Link( SLK). During the adjustment process, the Signalling Linkchecks whether four normal adjustments have been made in 2 s to 3 s.
