openD (DECT)

DECT is a European standard for Cordless Telephony( CT). To support developers, there is the openD developer platform, which can be licensed under Apache 2.0 or a General Public License( GPL).

The openD architecture consists of the DECT base station, the Fixed Part( FP), which can be formed by a single- board computer such as the Raspberry Pi as well as a DECT transceiver, and the handset, the Portable Part( PP). For the fixed part, there are software APIs that run on the single-board computer.
