compact disc write once (CD-WO)

A CD-WO(Compact Disc Write Once) can be written once with a commercially available CD burner and then only read. The recorded data can also no longer be erased. A CD-WO complies with the ISO 9660standard and can be read by a CD drive. The CD-WO has evolved from the WORM.
