Audiotex is an application for telephony with which computer-aided speech systems can be controlled by pressing keys or by voice input. In this application, the user is given various alternatives for retrieving information from a voice mailbox or for forwarding the connection request by voice output. The alternatives can be executed by pressing keys on the telephone or by entering keywords.
