TCP and UDP with bigger addresses (TUBA)

"TCP and UDP with Bigger Addresses" (TUBA) is an address space extension for IP addresses, based on the Connectionless Network Protocol ( CLNP). TUBA is described in RFCs 1347, 1526 and 1561.
