Quick Launch Bar

In Windows, there is a Quick Launch toolbar on the left side of the taskbar. The Quick Launch programs are started by simply clicking on the corresponding icon. Quick Launch programs are selected from Explorer or the desktop and dragged onto the Quick Launch toolbar.
