Feature (OOP)

The term feature is used in object-oriented programming( OOP). Feature is a generic term for the characteristic properties of an object, i.e. its attributes and methods.

Object-oriented programming languages must have the following characteristics: Abstraction, which refers to the essential features and omits features that are not required. Encapsulation, which is expressed in the modification of the properties of objects. The inheritance that refers to the reuse of objects and the polymorphism that refers to the use of the same methods in different applications.
