Die European Public Telecommunications Network Operators Association (ETNO) ist ein Verband europäischer Netzbetreiber, mit Sitz in Brüssel, der die Interessen der Verbandsmitglieder gegenüber der Europäischen Union und anderen Institutionen wahrnimmt. Weitere Zielsetzung ist die Harmonisierung von Netzen und Diensten in Europa.
