key confirmation key (802.11i) (KCK)

Der Key Confirmation Key (KCK) ist ein in WLANs nach 802.11i verwendeter Schlüssel. Der KCK-Schlüssel wird beim Group-Key-Handshake verwendet, um die Integrität der Nachrichten zu gewährleisten. Er wird eingesetzt in Access Points ( AP) und Single Stations und abgeleitet von dem Pairwise Transient Key ( PTK).
