yellow (Y)

Yellow (Y) is one of three primary colors of subtractive color mixing and a secondary color of additive color mixing formed from the colorsred and green. In the CIE color space, yellow has a wavelength between 560 nm and 590 nm, while orange, which lies above it in the color spectrum, has a wavelength between 590 and 625 nm. In the color wheel it lies at an angle of 60°.
