tunable matching network (wireless charging) (TMN)

A Tunable-Matching Network (TMN) is a network for wireless charging of electric vehicles.

In wireless charging, TMN technology ensures the optimal positioning of the two transmission coils located under the motor vehicle and in the garage floor. By aligning the coils, the TMN network, which monitors specific operating conditions, ensures that charging occurs at the highest efficiency. In addition to coil alignment, which is dynamic and can be adjusted during charging, the Tunable Matching Network also controls battery voltage and state of charge.

Another circuit to achieve the highest possible efficiency in wireless charging is the Impedance Matching Network( IMN).
