truth table
The truth table is the tabular result representation of logical operations as applied in Boolean algebra.
In the truth table, the binary states of the inputs are linked together and the states at the outputs are represented in binary. Truth tables are created for logic operations such as AND gates, OR gates, NOT gates, etc., as well as for flip-flops and for complex logic circuits. All inputs are assigned the two possible logical states - zero and one - and the resulting output signals are represented.
