thin small leadless package (TSLP)

Thin Small Leadless Packages (TSLP) are small and smallest SMD packages for analog circuits. As the name suggests, they are extremely thin and have a height of well under one millimeter.

Depending on the number of contacts, their overall width is less than one millimeter for two contact areas and 1.5 millimeters for six contact areas. The same applies to the overall length, which is one millimeter for two contact pads and 2.3 mm for six contact pads. TSLP packages are available with up to sixteen contact pads, which are mounted below the package and can be used directly for SMT technology.

Thin Super Small Leadless Packages( TSSLP), which are even narrower than TSLP packages, offer further miniaturization. TSLP packages are used for Low Noise Amplifier( LNA) or other integrated analog circuits.
