Terms of Service (ToS) are general terms and conditions by which users of services who agree to the terms of use abide by the rules set by the service provider.

Before services can be used, users must agree to the terms of use of the service provider. Terms of use form the legal basis between the service provider and the service user. They apply to services, networks, software, and websites, and may contain certain usage restrictions regarding minimum age, copyrights, content sharing and marketing, product requirements, privacy, liability policies, and other usage criteria.
