The Telecommunications Customer Protection Ordinance (TKV) drawn up by the RegTP has been in force since 1.1.1998. It regulates the rights of customers using telecommunications networks and mobile networks. The TKV regulates billing and services, contract terms, termination periods and arbitration options in the event of disputes with the network operator.
