Tactile switches give the operator tactile feedback that the switch has been actuated. This tells the operator that he has actuated the switch. Tactile switches are usually pushbutton switches or pushbuttons that have one or two pressure positions and are triggered with different pressures. The user feels the actuation and triggering of the switch by the pressure point he has to overcome. Some of these tactile switches also produce a switching noise when triggered.
