Subscriber Control Input via Internet (ISCI) is a service feature of Internet telephony that allows the subscriber to set the subscriber services assigned to their telephone

using an Internet PC. This allows the subscriber to use all telephone features directly without additional equipment. Subscriber Control Input via Internet is one of several additional services that support Internet telephony. Others are Call Completion Internet Busy (CCIB), E-Mail Waiting Indication (EWI) or Internet Call Waiting (ICW).
