spidering
Spidering is a password cracking technique that supports brute force attacks and dictionary attacks.
In spidering, information about the target person or company to be spied on is collected and analyzed. The idea behind this is that some of this information is incorporated into passwords. This information can be found on company websites, social media such as Facebook, Twitter, etc. In spidering, information from these sources is collected to create word lists. In brute force attacks and dictionary attacks, the word lists therefore contain some terms that allow conclusions to be drawn about the person or the company.
