space time coding (radio transmission) (STC)

Space Time Coding(STC) is a method used in Mobile WiMAX to reduce interference on radio links.

In the STC method, a data stream is formed from several transmit signals and sent via different antennas. Space Time Coding is a relatively robust method, which increases the interference of the data transmission due to the spatial diversity.
