signalling computing system architecture (CTI) (SCSA)

Signaling Computing System Architecture (SCSA) is a framework for computer telephony integration( CTI).

The SCSA framework is built in several layers and supports various telephone functions such as answering and recording telephone calls, playback and speech recognition. In addition, the SCSA framework can provide programming interfaces such as the Telephony Service Application Programming Interface( TSAPI) or the Java Telephony API( JTAPI).
