The Service Creation Environment (SCE) forms the interface to the provider in intelligent networks( IN).

Components of the intelligent network (IN)

The corresponding component for service creation is the Service Creation Environment Point( SCEP). Intelligent network services can be created, maintained and tested via the SCE environment, which is directly connected to the Service Management Point ( SMP). Data from the services running in the SCE is transferred to the Service Management Point. The Service Creation Environment (SCE) is connected to the Service Delivery Platform( SDP) via a standard interface.
