scrum team (SAFe)

A Scrum team is a self-organizing team that uses the Scrum framework to deliver products iteratively and incrementally. Product development by Scrum teams composed of the product owner( PO), which is the product owner, the development team, and the Scrum master is highly agile.

Scrum teams operate according to the fundamental Scrum values that underpin the Scrum framework. As there are: Commitment, Focus, Openness, Respect and Courage.
