Scrum is a project management methodology that enables a Scrum team to organize itself and make changes quickly and in accordance with agile principles.

The Scrum approach is commonly used in agile software development and other areas of project management. In product development, team members come together for regular meetings where they review project development, go over unfinished project tasks, backlogs, and determine next activities. During the regular scrums, the scrum master is concerned with working through the latest activities, setting goals for the current work and for working through any problems that arise.
