The Routing TableProtocol (RTP) is a routing protocol used in the VINESnetwork operating system that is based on the Routing Information Protocol ( RIP). The Routing Table Protocol distributes information about the network topology in the network, which enables the VINES servers to find the neighboring clients, servers, and routers faster.
