rich site summary (XML) (RSS)

Rich Site Summary(RSS) is another name for Really Simple Syndication (RSS). RSS feed is a simple file format with which headlines and other web content can be exchanged between websites. Rich Site Summary is used primarily for sharing and distributing news.

RSS technology allows Internet users to subscribe to websites that support RSS feeds. These are mainly websites that publish news or change their content regularly. At these websites, the content is put into a machine-readable data format by the content management system( CMS) or special software, divided into the headline and a short DeepL description, and provided with a link to the entire article. The data delivered in the Extensible Markup Language(XML) is called RSS feed, web feed or RSS stream.
